RETAIL PURCHASE POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please promptly return products with your receipt for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. We do not provide cash back for returns, only store credit for future retail purchases.

INDEPENDENT BOOTH RENTER

Each stylist is an independent booth renter. All questions regarding his/her service menu, service prices, redo/revision services, schedule and payments for services should be directed to your stylist.

SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY

Each stylist is an independent booth renter. In the event you are not satisfied with your service. Please consult with your stylist directly for a “revision” service or refunds for services. Umbrella Salon does not provide refunds or store credit for services.

TRY ANOTHER STYLIST!

We realize that you may need to change to a different independent booth renter based on a variety of reasons – schedules, prices, or sometimes just to get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another independent booth renter. All of the independent booth renters are very supportive of one another. They keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas. All of the independent booth renter have access to this information. In this way, you will receive the same high quality service to which you have grown accustomed.

CANCELLATIONS

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Each stylist is an independent booth renter, please consult with your stylist directly regarding their cancellation policy.

PETS

The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.
