Stylists' Assistant(s):

Our assistants go through an extensive on-on-one mentor-ships with our Stylists and Educators. During their training, our assistants will be taught all of the latest trends in cutting and texture. By the end of the training our assistants are confident in every aspect of styling from cutting, and coloring hair to product recommendation to client service.

Requirements: A strong work ethic, a flair for timeliness and a an unparalleled ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-production work environment. Additionally, a talented and even-tempered multi-tasker can write their own ticket in our business.

Skills: An eager mind and strong listener can go very far in this education-based position. Our specialized techniques for cut and color incorporate the latest innovations from top salons such as Oribe. We work hard to stay on top of the best practices in our industry and expect you to as well. A good example is our highly-sought after hair painting technique which we have the patience and tools to teach an apt student. Your dedication to approaching this learning process is the crucial element deciding how high you will soar in your chair.

Front Desk Coordinator(s):

This pivotal role in our customer satisfaction experience is suited for people-friendly, highly organized and dynamic ambassadors of great style. This unique individual goes through an intensive training program with our Managers and Staff. During their training, our coordinators will be taught all of the knowledge they will need in order to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Basic requirements: A desire to fall madly, deeply in love with your job. This person must find satisfaction in creating serenity and synergy in a fast-paced environment.

Skills: A solid working relationship with computers and colleagues is a must. Follow-through ability and organizational skills are the key to excelling in this position. In order to love the position, this person must genuinely enjoy engaging all different types of persons.

Flexibility: The schedule for the front of the house should run like a finely-tuned machine but life does happen and these team players should be ready and willing to step up to the plate to make sure there is always enough support at the salon to maintain our customer-oriented experience and ensure a lively, thriving environment. A flexible attitude toward wearing many hats and remaining open to new adventures and challenges are essential.
